What we do

Everything your marketplace account needs, under one roof.

We are not a general virtual assistant service. Every discipline below is run by a specialist who does it every day, for brands selling into the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.

Amazon PPC Management

Full campaign architecture built around search intent, not guesswork.

  • Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
  • Sponsored Brands Video & DSP
  • Bid management & match type structure
  • Negative keyword strategy
  • Placement bid adjustment
  • Budget pacing & seasonal planning

ACoS & TACoS Reduction

The number that decides whether advertising builds profit or eats it.

  • 90-day search term audits
  • Wasted spend identification
  • Converting term harvesting
  • ROAS & contribution margin modelling
  • Unit economics per ASIN

Keyword Research & Strategy

Built on data from the tools the top sellers actually use.

  • Helium 10 — Cerebro, Magnet, Scribbles
  • Jungle Scout product & keyword research
  • Reverse ASIN competitor analysis
  • Brand Analytics & Search Query Performance
  • Indexation & rank tracking

Listing & Content Optimisation

Traffic is worthless if the listing cannot convert it.

  • Keyword-rich titles & benefit-led bullets
  • Backend search term indexation
  • A+ Content & Enhanced Brand Content
  • Amazon Storefront build & optimisation
  • Image brief preparation

Seller Central Operations

The unglamorous work that quietly protects your revenue.

  • Account health monitoring & compliance

  • Monthly strategy call
  • 30/60/90 day goal tracking
  • Documented record of every change made
Q4 & holiday season

Amazon PPC for Q4: Black Friday, Cyber Monday & the holiday rush.

Competition for clicks rises through November and December. Sellers who plan their budgets and bids before the rush protect their margin while others burn through spend.

Budget pacing before the spike

Capped daily budgets can run dry before your best shopping hours.

  • Campaign budget review for Q4
  • Seasonal budget and bid planning
  • Top-performing keyword priority

Black Friday & Cyber Monday bids

Deal-week traffic converts differently, so bids and placements need adjusting.

  • Placement bid adjustment
  • Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
  • Negative keyword clean-up before the peak

Protect profit after the rush

A strong sales month means little if ACoS, stock and returns are out of control.

  • ACoS & TACoS tracking
  • FBA inventory and restock planning
  • January strategy reset

Watch first

Amazon PPC in 2026 — what changed, and how to stay profitable.

A short, no-fluff breakdown from the team that would be running your account. Same thinking we apply on day one of every audit.

  • The bidding and placement shifts that quietly pushed ACoS up this year.
  • Where wasted spend actually hides — and how we find it in a search term audit.
  • Why campaign structure, not bid tweaking, is what protects contribution margin.
How we work

A process, not improvisation.

Every account we take on follows the same sequence. You always know what is happening, why it is happening, and what is coming next.

01
Days 0–3 · Free of charge

We audit your account first

Before any agreement, before any invoice, we go through your campaigns, listings, keywords, catalogue and account health. You receive a written findings document showing exactly what is broken, what it is costing you, and what we would do about it. If we are not the right fit, you keep the audit anyway.

02
Days 3–7

We turn findings into a priority plan

Every issue is ranked by impact against effort. We agree together what gets fixed first, what gets scheduled, and what gets deliberately left alone. Nothing is changed inside your account until you have signed off on the plan.

03
Every week · The core loop

We prepare the weekly report

Each week we pull the data, analyse what moved and why, and prepare a clear report covering ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, spend trend, search term performance, listing changes, and any account health issues that have surfaced. No jargon without explanation. No vanity metrics.

04
Every week · Your call

You make the decisions

The report ends with recommendations, not surprises. Depending on the issues that surfaced that week, you decide the direction: push budget into what is working, pull it from what is not, escalate a case, or change the priority order. It stays your business and your account.

05
Every week · Execution

We implement accordingly

Once you have decided, we execute. Bids adjusted, keywords harvested and negated, listings updated, cases filed, shipments planned. Everything we change is documented so you have a clean record of what happened to your account and when.

Then it repeats. Report → your decision → implementation → report. Every week, without you having to chase anyone for an update. Once efficiency is stable, we scale spend into what is already proven to work rather than guessing.
Who we are

Built by operators, not account executives.

Scalevora exists because most brand owners have the same experience with agencies: an impressive pitch from a senior person, followed by an account handed to a junior who has never run a campaign at scale.

We work differently. The person who audits your account is the same person who leads its management. There is no handoff, no layer of account managers between you and the strategist making the calls in your Seller Central.

We are deliberately specialist. Amazon is the discipline; Walmart, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop and paid social exist to support the same goal — profitable, defensible marketplace revenue. We do not spread ourselves across unrelated services, because depth is the only thing that reliably moves ACoS.

We would rather turn down an account we cannot help than take a retainer we cannot justify.

Qasim Ali Shah Foundation, one of Pakistan’s best known education channels, invited Atique Ul Hasan to be interviewed in 2020 about building a career in e-commerce — part of the channel’s work helping young people find skilled, independent work.

The interview is in Urdu (YouTube’s automatic captions label it Hindi — the two are close in speech). In it, Atique describes moving from a mechanical engineering background into marketplace work, what the job actually involves day to day — English communication, knowing the platform, handling client data and communication — and his advice to newcomers: choose one focus, learn through real accounts rather than courses alone, and find a mentor. Recorded four years before Scalevora took on its first managed account.

What brand owners say

A selection of feedback from brands we have worked with across the US, UK, Germany and Australia.

★★★★★
“

Our ACoS had been sitting in the mid-forties for the better part of a year and nobody could tell me why. The audit answered it in three pages. Six weeks after the restructure we were under thirty and the ad revenue had actually gone up, not down.

Four of our best-selling ASINs were suppressed and we had no idea how long they had been down. They were reinstated inside three weeks and the weekly reporting means I have not been caught off guard since. That alone was worth the retainer.

What I appreciate most is that the weekly report ends with a decision for me to make, not a fait accompli. I still feel like I run my business. The difference is I now run it with actual numbers in front of me.

We came in expecting a sales call and got a genuine account audit instead, free, with things in it our previous agency had never mentioned. That is what made the decision easy.

Our account was suspended and two self-written appeals had already been rejected. The Plan of Action they wrote got us reinstated on the third attempt and we were selling again the next day.

They manage our Amazon and Walmart together, which nobody else we spoke to was willing to do properly. Same team, same reporting, one conversation instead of three.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Is the free audit actually free?
Yes, entirely. We go through your campaigns, listings, keywords, catalogue and account health and give you a written findings document. There is no obligation attached to it and no card required. If we are not the right fit for your business, you keep the audit and the analysis regardless. We do it because it is the fastest honest way for both sides to find out whether working together makes sense.
What is Amazon PPC, in simple terms?
Amazon PPC (pay per click) is advertising inside Amazon search results and product pages. You choose the search terms you want your product to appear for and what you will pay for a click, and Amazon runs an auction each time someone searches. You pay for the click, not for being shown and not for the sale — which is why the economics depend entirely on your margin and conversion rate rather than on the ACoS number alone. We have written a full plain-English walkthrough in how Amazon PPC works.
Should I hire an agency, a freelancer, or someone in-house?
It depends on your ad spend and on what is actually bottlenecking the account. Below roughly $3,000 a month in ad spend, no agency fee justifies itself and a good freelancer or your own time is the honest answer. Between $15,000 and $80,000 an agency usually pays for itself several times over. Above that, in-house typically wins on cost. We set out the full comparison, including where agencies are the wrong choice, in agency, freelancer or in-house.
Which marketplaces and platforms do you cover?
Amazon is our primary discipline — US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia marketplaces. Alongside that we manage Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Connect, Shopify stores, eBay Seller Hub, TikTok Shop, and paid social through Meta and TikTok Ads. Most of our clients are on two or three of these and want one team handling them together rather than three separate vendors.
How quickly will I see results?
Wasted spend usually comes out in the first thirty days — that part is fast because it is mostly a matter of stopping money going to search terms that never convert. Structural improvement in ACoS typically stabilises between weeks four and eight, because campaigns need enough data to make bid decisions confidently. Organic rank improvement from listing work takes longer, usually one to three months. We will tell you which category your account falls into during the audit rather than promising a number we cannot control.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We work on rolling monthly retainers and defined-scope projects. If the work is not delivering, you should be able to leave without a penalty clause holding you in place. In practice, most engagements become long-term because the weekly reporting makes the value visible — but that is our problem to earn, not yours to be locked into.
Will I be handed off to a junior after signing?
No. The person who audits your account leads its management. There is no separate sales team, and no layer of account managers standing between you and the strategist making decisions inside your Seller Central. That is a deliberate constraint on how many accounts we take on at once.
What access do you need to my account?
For the audit, read-only user permissions in Seller Central and the Advertising Console are enough — we do not need or want anything more at that stage. For ongoing management we request the specific permissions required for the scope we have agreed, and nothing beyond it. We are happy to sign an NDA before any access is granted.
Do you work with new sellers?
Sometimes, if the expectations are realistic. Our process is built around diagnosing and fixing accounts that already have sales data to work with, because that is where our approach creates the most value. If you are pre-launch, we will tell you honestly whether you would be better served waiting until you have enough data for the analysis to mean anything.
What time zones do you work across?
We work flexibly and regularly overlap with US, UK and European business hours. Replies come within one business day as standard, and urgent account health issues are handled the same day they surface.
